Recording Services Contract

1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the recording services provided by Upbow Music. By accepting this contract, the client confirms their understanding and agreement with our workflow and payment process.

2. Recording Process

• Once the initial deposit (50% of the total cost) is received, Upbow Music will begin the recording process.

• Within a maximum of 2 weeks, the client will receive the first reference recording.

• The client is entitled to a maximum two revisions, during which they may request reasonable adjustments.

• Once the final reference is received, the client will make the remaining 50% payment before being sent the final files.

3. Payments

• The client can choose to pay 100% upfront or 50% at the start and 50% upon completion.

• The remaining 50% is due once the final reference is received, before the final files are delivered.

• Payments will be made through the methods specified by Upbow Music.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Hiring the service constitutes a full commitment. Cancellations are not accepted once the process has begun.

• Payments made are non-refundable, as they cover the time and work dedicated to the recording.

• If the client chooses not to proceed with the project for personal reasons, they remain responsible for the full agreed payment.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the initial or full payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
